Explore the Assessment

The New York State Climate Impacts Assessment provides timely, relevant, and accessible information on the impacts of climate change to all levels of decision-makers and the diverse communities that shape the state.

Building on the 2011 ClimAID effort, this assessment helps inform decisions around climate resilience, preparedness, and disaster response and recovery. It presents data and information to help New Yorkers understand how climate change might affect the state, take action to deal with today’s impacts, and plan and prepare for future impacts.
